Nice work today everyone.  Karen is one difficult girl to tackle and all of you did great.  Be sure to eat a healthy dinner tonight and up your fluid intake.  It also wouldn’t hurt to pick up an electrolyte infused water to replenish any lost.

Speaking of good food.  Its Official!  The Meat House has generously offered to donate food, grills and grillers to our Fight Gone Bad 6 BBQ.  There is still plenty of time to join our team.. however if you’re unsure or have decided not to participate, we would still love to have you at the event.  It promises to be an incredible time, an amazing workout, and good food as well.  Have your family members asked “What is this CrossFit thing you’re doing?”, well bring them down as well.  The more the merrier.
