Are you new to CrossFit? Here is how we'll help you get started at CrossFit Reclamation.
Everyone who is new to CrossFit Reclamation starts with our Elements program. The first 5 classes are tailored to your fitness needs and goals. You will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit, and get oriented to our space and community. 1:1 sessions are also available.

What to bring
Bring water! The only other thing you need is yourself. We'll help you get warmed up, and even if you're not in the mood for a workout when you arrive, by the time you finish your workout you'll be feeling great.
After your first month
After you've completed your Elements orientation and training sessions you should have a good sense of which workout schedule is going to be best for you. Most of our athletes find that they prefer one time of day and become close friends with the others who work out at that time of day. Sometimes just for fun we encourage everyone to crash the AM/PM workouts to mix things up!
