Class Descriptions

Elements (5 sessions for new members)

Elements is a 5-session introduction to Crossfit for all new members. These classes will prepare you to safely complete a regular class. These classes run 2-3 times a week so that we can ensure you get the attention you need. You will learn all of the foundational movements of CrossFit and will be prepared to join classes feeling confident in your ability and knowledge. We happily work within and around busy schedules. Remember, no matter what your fitness level is, we have a place for you!!

WOD

WOD stands for Workout of the Day. Here at Crossfit Reclamation, we develop our own WOD programming that promotes a well-balanced mix of metabolic conditioning, skill development and strength conditioning. We typically post the WOD on our website the night before, including advanced-level (RX'd or As Prescribed) weights, reps and rounds for men and women. The coaches show athletes how to scale the WOD if necessary during class according to varying fitness and proficiency levels. Unless otherwise noted, all times above are for the group WOD.


Strength (8 week course)

CrossFit Reclamation’s Strength holds at its core proficiency of the Squat, Deadlift, and Press. The mission is simple: Get Strong!!

First we master the mechanics, then we put them to use. Using a small group dynamic, this program is designed for and tailored for each individual, whether you are a seasoned athlete, or just testing the waters of strength training.

This 8-week program will meet twice a week and begins with testing of the 3 major lifts, and for the duration, will continue with a specific progression to help you achieve your goal. Make no mistake, the focus is gains in strength. If you put in the time, you will succeed.

Each athlete will move forward with a working knowledge of each lift, experience with max efforts, training loads, and much much more. Rates and Signup here
