Alright.. lets get right to it.

PALEO CHALLENGE

First Meeting 4th of January, 2012 (Wednesday) at 6:15pm…so 6pm class will be canceled for that eve.

This will be an informative meeting discussing the guidelines of the Paleo Challenge.  We will also start taping and weighing individuals on this date.  If you can stick around after the meeting to be weighed and taped, that would be fantastic.

Second Meeting (Make-Up meeting)  7th of January, 2012 at 9 am….come to the meeting first, get taped and weighed, and then hit at wod if you would like.

This will be a make-up meeting for those who can’t make the initial 4th meeting.

Bottom Line is… you need to have attended a meeting, been weighed and taped by Monday the 9th of January, 2012 .

Challenge Begins on Monday the 9th of January.  We will begin our baseline workouts that day as well.  This will be programmed into our daily workout so don’t worry about having to do an extra WOD!

YOGA

We’re in final negotiations for the pricing scheme with our Yoga instructor.  Looks like we’ll be kicking off on January 17th, 2012 at 6:30pm.  This will be a Tuesday evening and will replace the 6pm Tuesday evening class.  We will be opening the pre-registration for this next week… in addition, each weekly class will require a registration so we can ensure enough members for a class.  This will be done with a sign up sheet/whiteboard list each week.
